In 2006, Laura turned her eye for detail and love of a well-kept home into Snappy Maids.

After moving from Chicago to Austin, she started with one crew and a simple promise: do the work thoroughly, arrive on time, and treat every home with respect.

Today, Laura and Ricky run Snappy Maids as a family business. Laura personally selects and trains the team, helping every cleaner learn each client's needs and preferences. That personal touch is still at the heart of every visit.
